Within the scope of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (referred to as the “Law”) published in the Official Gazette dated 07.04.2016 and numbered 29677 ; Both the Supplier Relationship with our Company and the Customer Communication and Satisfaction Program and/or with the membership of micro applications and micro sites to be implemented by Thera  (within the scope of the contractual data signed about , surname, nickname, mobile phone numbers, e-mail addresses, date of birth, city of residence, address information, gender, marital status, shopping information, club memberships, education level, interests, tastes and likes, video and sound recording, payment information ) will be kept, recorded, updated by our company in accordance with the Law, in accordance with the form allowed by the legislation, to the cargo companies with which we have a contractual relationship, to the relevant banks for payment via virtual POS, e-commerce sites, social sharing sites (Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp , Twitter, Linkedin, Yandex, Pinterest, Snapchat, Twitch, TikTok, Oracle BlueKai, such as Bip),  suppliers, authorized by law with our Customer Communication and Satisfaction Program partners It can be transferred to third parties such as institutions and organizations and processed in the forms listed in the Law.

Processing Your Personal Data:

Under the law, obtaining, recording, storing, preserving, changing, rearranging, disclosing, transferring, taking over, making available, and classifying personal data by fully or partially automatic or non-automatic means provided that it is a part of any data recording system. Any operation performed on the data, such as preventing its use or preventing its use, is considered as "processing of personal data".

Your collected personal data may be processed by Thera by, the basic principles stipulated by the Law and within the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law, in line with the following purposes:

• To introduce the goods and services offered by our company, to get to know the members and to increase communication, to increase the image, to improve the products, services, and communication, to prepare and send special promotions/promotions/campaigns and announcements to the clubs established by Thera, to provide a better shopping experience to the customers, To make customer survey, customer satisfaction applications and information, to use in audit, data analysis, research, statistical study, understanding trends, marketing, and advertising services

Your data collected,  By the basic principles stipulated by the Law and within the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law,  directly or indirectly to our domestic and foreign business partners, suppliers, social sharing sites (Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Twitter, Linkedin, Yandex, Pinterest, Snapchat, Twitch, TikTok, Oracle BlueKai, Bip) to Thera affiliates, *Thera Family, legally authorized public institutions and organizations and legally authorized private legal persons, community persons.

*The institutions referred to as Thera Family are Thera's Management Shareholders, Management Shareholders and Thera's subsidiaries, affiliates, subsidiaries, businesses, service providers and/or subcontractors and subsidiaries, and GSM Operators/individuals.

Your Rights as Data Owner:

By Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, by applying to Thera Bilgi Teknolojileri Tic.Ltd. Sti ., as data controller, regarding the processing of your Personal Data:

b. Requesting information about your data if it has been processed,

c. Learning the purpose of processing your data and whether they are used by its purpose,

f. To request the deletion or destruction of your data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law,

g. Requesting that the transactions made pursuant under subparagraphs (d) and (e) above be notified to the third parties to whom your data has been transferred,

h. Objecting to the emergence of a result against you by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems, and

i. To request the compensation for the damage in case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your persona data,
